Shipping Information

Order Processing

We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two convenient shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95):
    • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Includes package tracking
  • Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
    • Carrier: EMS
    • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas. Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your items.

Important Exception: For hygiene reasons, underwear and swimwear are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
  • Original proof of purchase required
  • Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • Some sale items may be marked as final sale at checkout

Return & Exchange Process

  1. Initiate Your Request: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and details about the items you wish to return/exchange.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging if possible. Include a copy of your order confirmation.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our returns center:

  5. Processing: Allow 3-5 business days for processing once we receive your return.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Information

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Amount: You will receive the full item price minus any original shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error).

Exchange Information

  • We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
  • You’ll be responsible for any price difference
  • If the exchange item costs less, we’ll refund the difference
